Your Election 2026 is a personal project built to make the May 2026 local, Scottish Parliament and Senedd elections more accessible and engaging. It lets you find your candidates by postcode, explore what's at stake in your area, and make your own predictions about how the results will unfold.
The site was built by one person with heavy assistance from Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, from writing code to researching council compositions to drafting political summaries. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the site may contain errors, outdated information or inconsistencies, particularly in council seat data and political summaries.
